Nurses/Employees at blood center are the worst! They force patients who need blood after chemo to wait 12hours a day.

While they just take their sweet time to hanging things up. The management there is poor and the training they give to their employees is dismal, I have seen cattle being treated better than cancer patients trying to get the blood or platelets that they need. We have seen them drop items that are supposed sterile on the floor and try to use those items in the pick lines (patients that already have no immune system). I have seen better in third world countries.

They know that people need blood the day before, but somehow you still come in on time, and they find 1000 excuses to keep you waiting all day long. Cancer patients are suffering enough, but it is clear that MD Anderson does not care enough, they keep lining their pockets up and are not willing to invest into their patients well-being.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of empathy and no followup after making these concerns noted to there mgt. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of md anderson cancer center medical care. MD Anderson Cancer Center needs to "properly train your nurses, and fix your broken system" according to poster's claims.

Absolutely ther worst patient care. No one ever needs to seek help there or it would be they last hope for sure. Absolute patient neglect horrible beyond wards
